If you only knew what "Chef voice" sounds like in my mind. The Chef I worked for sounded like a theather actor destined for the british stage. I can say that I liked him. But the funny thing about "new waiters" is you could not feel perfectly at home until Chef John made you cry. lol.

As much as I am sure this will pain a large majority of you, I will be heading out on a bit of a "vacation" today and will not be around for a few. Those of you that follow my continuous babbling may recall that we are playing down in Laughlin at the Golden Nugget Hotel this weekend. The Princess' family will be there for the annual reunion and we will be playing a show poolside. YOW!!! (Warm weather+sun+pool= BIKINIS!!)

I have no doubt that you all will find plenty of lunacy and mayhem to entertain you over the next couple days. Seems to me we have enough brainiacs and history scholars here to keep you busy with their pearls of wisdom during this time. (Duhhh, jeepers man! Whaddya tink of DIS band... Can I be one of you now?) HA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good Morning all. I saw the idiotic thread created by one of our long-time trouble makers (Max) and, since I REFUSE to post in it (as I wish you ALL had refused) I figured I would say my piece here. I have no doubt Max and his brethren will see this right here.

I find it laughable that Max would create this thread under the guise of "supporting" Mr. Evans. That is such a crock that it is literally comical. Max supports trouble and discord, period.
