I had a small Crate a long time ago and it was very good for such a small amp. There big one`s however, are another story. I first noticed them on some BC Rich Warlocks at Guitar Center a few months back. I looked at it,but had no desire to play it. Just looked to damn weird!! I ask a salesmen about it,and that~s where I got the info I posted on it. maybe, there is something to these things, dunno, but I don`t think I`ll be trying one anytime soon, unless KK offers me a chance when they come to Dallas!! Yea,as if!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! [Show/Hide Quoted Message] (Quoting Message by SDBinNY from Tuesday, July 15, 2008 7:33:37 AM) | | SDBinNY wrote: | | That is the Floyd Rose Speedloader bridge. You mean the new white one, he had alot of it retooled by his guitar tech because He did not the way it was. Beautiful guitar, but Vol control on back? Just Stupid design. He fixed it. As for the rest, your too tech for me, talk about engines and I know what you speak of, guitars, not so much. But I sure he had in redesigned to fit his preferences. Regarding the new Double ball end strings that KK is using on his new White V.
Very cool, but there are things that can go wrong with those. If a string stretches to far,it must be replaced, rather than re-tuned,as there is not enough play left in the string to stretch it out properly. The tuners on the tremelo bridge are just like on a reguler tremelo, they`re fine tuners and do not have enough room for a complete retune. Now ,that being said, they are particularly reliable, but just not perfect. But if KK has faith in them, who am I to question our Metal God!! Edited at: Monday, July 14, 2008 6:31:12 PM |

Yes, that was pre-Kramer for Vivian. Kramer was negotiating with them at the time the SOTN video was shot. |

Sykes did all the writing and studio work, then Coverdale fired everyone from the band and hired the guys in the video. I can't remember the names of the bassist or drummer from the recording sessions, though.
