I think Motley Crue put their make up on best.  They were pros with the ole' eye liner. Scott's lips do look rather nice here. I do prefer him in leather however.

Vail, look at Turbo, Fuel for Life Video cover, They do have blush, lipstick, eyeliner, and Pooofed hair! They just kept it way toned down compared to the crap going on around them. Why did everyone get Perms in the 80's? Ah........Hindsight is 20/20! LOL
