You're right, I was in a hurry getting ready for work...the xact area that would be affected is the north eastern shores, not on a global level...the article was in the Yahoo news, it might still be there and maybe I read it wrong, but just the possibility that it could happen is a little scary...

Ron, there isnt enough ice there to make the levels of the great lakes rise 20 inches if you put all the water in there today. if all of antarctica melted they would be on the right track, but most parts of antarctica are growing, not shrinking
