I saw U.F.O.'s twice at least long time ago. The first time was right before I was heading for the States to study.
When I was locking up the windows around 7 p.m., I saw dim lights w/ o motions in a low altitude. Since it looked so odd, I watched for about a few minutes.
Then those two lights started glaring. I called out my mom to come check them out. Suddenly those U.F.O.'s looking like lights started moving so fast & disappeared from my sight. There was no sound.

The second sighting was on July 7th in 2000 or so. I remember the date coz the day was "Tanabata or Star Festival". About 5 ppl also saw the anusual objects. When I was walking my dog & approached a nearby park, I saw two lights kinda circling above the park. PPL at the park started yelling, "U.F.O.!! Definitely U.F.O.'s!!" 
I was glad I wan't the only one witnessed that unusual flying objects.
I wish I could record that!

Helicopters have flexible movements but they make fuckin loud noize. Commercial aircrafts fly at much higher altitude & also make loud noise.
What I saw made vertical turn & speeds up so fast. Some of you have already mentioned about the incredible manueverability that we can't explain.

Last year or so, then Foreign Minister, Taro Aso, made a comment that it is strange to think we are the only living thing in this universe in a press conference. In the same year, then Defence Minister, Shigeru Ishiba, made a comment that Japan may think about how to deal w/ the coming of groups of U.F.O.'s. Japanese Ministers have never talked about U.F.O.'s officially in the past. Something has started changing.
