Even though I Iike (some) Motley Crue I agree with you on that one. I have been to twelve
Ozzfests and this will probably be the weakest one but I'll go just to see Halford. Also, that's
not twelve different Ozzfests just twelve total. I've seen four of them in two different cities.
I've seen eight different ones. I know most will not be as excited as I am but I just read that there will be an Ozzfest 2010
this summer. Ozzy will headline (yes I know he'll suck) but here's the cool part. Co- headling
the main stage will be none other than the Metal God himself ROB HALFORD. They only have
6 shows planned.
San Bernadino, Ca.
Chicago, Il.
Pittsburgh (fuck yeah), Pa.
Hartford, Co.
Camden, N.J.
Boston, Ma.
I know I'll get to see Rob this year is why I'm so happy. Maybe twice if he hits the area on his own tour.
Peace all!

My favorite Sabbath album. Any younger people here wanting to check out older
Sabbath should definitely buy Sabotage. Give me Ozzy and the original Sabbath line-up any day. Wheels of Confusion, Children of the Grave, War Pigs, Sabbath Bloody Sabbath, NIB . . . are you kidding me! |

Dio is obviously more talented than Ozzy but if the question is who was better for Sabbath
I'll take Ozzy any day. Heaven and Hell is a great album, Mob Rules is O.K.. Dehumanizer
I didn't care for at all. Other than Never Say Die I love everything Sabbath did with Ozzy.
Sabbath is my second favorite band next to Priest and I was into them before Dio so maybe
I'm biased. This is my opinion and it only matters to me. I saw Dio 6 times and, once with
Sabbath and again on Priest/Heaven and Hell tour so believe me I love Dio I just like Ozzy
fronted Sabbath better. |

Yep the Dio albums reign supreme for me!! i dont really think there is a bad song on Heaven..... and Mob Rules.
The Ozzy (Sabbath) albums in my opinion are patchy...the good songs are good but the naff one are....naff! lol but i guess Ozzy is the better frontman. |

I Personally Prefer Dio's Voice, But Then Again, Ozzy Coulnd't Pull Off Dio's Songs As Well, But It's The Same The Other Way round... Dio Can't Do Ozzy's Aswell As Ozzy Can... |

they have lots of great albums so its hard to say the best. perhaps you say it beter, my favorite, not best. its still a great album. of course if it were on cassette and I had to fast forward past lochness, maybe not so much. The 4 albums I would say that top it are Sad Wings Of Destiny,British Steel,Screaming For Vengeance and Painkiller and then I'd put AOR 5th place but AOR is my favorite JP album because of how new it is but yeah many people do not consider it a great Judas Priest LP,it just blows me away...."Wheels Of Fire" is a simple song but it just screams of old-school Judas Priest,a very underrated song as well as Deal With The Devil....also Eulogy is utterly amazing even for a short track,it is classic. on the album revolution fits beter. I havent heard this ozzy POS, since I cant play it at work, but I am sure its all no good. I would put AOR as the best album, even with Lochness on it. there are a few that are all close to the best, but Like you I cant fathom why anyone would not like it. then again I hate Nost, so who knows.

Yeah the album title is "Scream". The sound of this song sucks the big one. Head banger...Revolution definately is not the best track on AOR I agree but somehow I knew that the rest of AOR would be good before I heard it and it was except for the boring Lockness but I can't see the rest of Ozzy's album suddenly turning out like Blizzard Of Oz or Diary Of A Madman.
On that note,Angel Of Retribution may not be Judas Priest's best LP but its not thier worst either,it utterly amazes me how many people not just on this forum but outside this forum who do not like Retribution, they all compare it with recent boring Iron Maiden albums and to me thats unbelievable.
I swear if Angel Of Retribution were released in 1986 instead of Turbo,90% of these people who say they don't like it would be hailing it as a classic right along side of Defenders Of The Faith. I still say that Judas Rising,Demonizer and Hellrider are just as good as ANY JP track ever, name any 3 songs by JP and those 3 are just as good to me anyway. It doesn't matter though,Priest could release an album better than Painkiller and since its not released in the 80's 90% of people would hate it,thier loss. I really think that Angel Of Retribution is an underrated album, still say its the band's 5th best studio album of all time I even like it better than Stained Class,Hell Bent For Leather and Defenders Of The Faith but thats my opionion.

I know, it's pretty stupid. However the fact that they released it as a single means it's probably the best song on the album. If that's the case then this album is going to be an incredible achievement. I never would have believed that Ozzy could make an album worse than Black Rain, but if this song is anything to go by he may just have surpassed himself. He should have kept the title Soul Sucka, that would have been the icing on the shit flavoured cake.

They have heard it all the past 2 years with Nostradamus, they have heard the good with the bad and I'm sure they have read many times that people are saying the band lost it including me when I heard Nostradamus,I'm not exception but with a little help from Hellrider's optomistic words I've come around full circle and will bet money that this next album will kick some ass!! | | Becks wrote: | | Yeah JD, it surprises me even when some people say oh I don't really listen to AOR much, or they don't know it at all. No way can AOR be compared to Brave New World or any other snooze worthy Maiden album of recent years. For one thing, the songs on AOR aren't 10 years long! LOL! | | J.D.
