Other than Zak doing a ten minute guitar solo Black Label Society kicks ass live.
I could pass on Thin Lizzy though.
(just my opinion, it only matters to me) |

I'm glad they're comin to the Izod in Jersey. I saw Ozzy there last year and the accoustics ruled. Unfortunate that the supporting acts blow. I mean, other countries get Queensryche, Saxon or Motorhead, but we get Black Label Society and Thin Lizzy? Uh...fuck that noise.

Hi - obviously new here, but have loved Priest since my hubby introduced me to them. They put on an awesome show - we haven't missed a Toronto Date in a decade or so.
Was wondering if anyone has heard anything about Ontario tour dates? It would absolutely break my heart to find out that we couldn't see their final tour.
Thanks in advance,
Aerin

Hey, new here and would like to comment on opening bands. Saxon and Grave Digger-neither play North America since our radio airplay in both the US and Canada is lame. Both bands are amazing and it would be great to see them live.
On Epitaph it seems we will get Thin Lizzy and Black Label Society-neither I want to see |

That would work too.
You have to admit though, it's kind of cool to see a band play before Priest that does really good and you're
thinking "Wow I really liked that" and then Priest comes out and destoys them. [Show/Hide Quoted Message] (Quoting Message by acolyte55 from Tuesday, April 12, 2011 3:53:18 PM) | | acolyte55 wrote: | | priest only 3.5 hours of good stuff !! |

Personally I'd like to see Accept open for Priest. Their older stuff is already awesome, but "Blood of the Nations" has got to be one of the best metal albums of the last decade.

Black Sabbath would be on first because they created metal. (not sure who would be the vocalist though) I guess if it has to be Ozzy then it has to be. lol
Judas Priest second because they had their big influence on metal also after Sabbath.
Iron Maiden third (headliner) because they are the biggest band of the three and also had a huge influence on metal.
Now this is just my opinion and no disrespect in the order. And if you want to throw Saxon and Motorhead (alhough their not metal according to some) in there as some kind of mini pre show thing to warm up the crowd then ok. lol
