Dawn, I am so sorry for your loss. Poor baby, I have to hope that the guy who ran her over didn't see her but nothing will make you feel better. Nothing does after losing a pet in this way.
I know what a true miracle it was that Yuda survived being run over. It just makes me so angry when people drive like manaics in a residential area.

We just got the pets big bags of food and because we bought in bulk (15 kg bags at a time) they sort of ran low for a few days.. not starved, but Yuda has this fear of seeing the food container below a certain level, he also gets very nervous if there is more than a centimeter off the top of his food bowl (please note: he has a very deep food bowl for a kitty.)
Today when the food arrived I put him on the sealed bag because I know they can smell the food. He panicked and ran away then soon as I opened it he went beserk. Jethro was prowling around like he was high.
I filled up their bowl and the container that the food is decanted into and blissed out does not begin to describe the mood of the cats in the Draper house hold right now lol. Also, because the bags have not been put in an airtight container yet the smell of dry cat food is drifting through the house. I wonder if they think this is their version of kitty heaven? lol. |

That's actually my son's bed..but ya he thinks of this as home now. We just got him his first litter tray and he's started staying in at nights. Whoever left him here needs shooting...he's awesome.
