Hey gang...how's everyone tonight??...Strat and Bev, 'Reckless' was the song they wanted for 'Top Gun'...Priest mgt. thought the movie would flop so they denied the request...they also would have had to leave the song off the 'Turbo' release as part of the deal...personally, I think 'Reckless' is one of the best songs off the record!!!...then mgt. thought it would be good to do Johnny B.Goode...

Michael you are correct!

Take on the World was released in January of 1979! The Bristish really liked it because it went well with the soccer games, think they used to play it like we play songs during football, but I can't quiet remember that part very well. 

Bev, as always you are much appriciated! And You are correct! I was a little bit off PC with my last Question, should have been kinder with my commentary. I stand corrected.

Yes Michael you are correct and you too MG~ on the first name.
On April 4, 2003 Ms. Lissimore had her claim dismissed by a judge and was ordered to pay 100,000 pounds in court costs.

As for What Mr. Downing is doing with Astbury I have heard a ton of different stories and will not venture a guess as to which one is correct. I'm sure when he is ready to go public with his resort? he will let everyone know all about it. Good for business.

I find blabber mouth a source of slander.... They print such half-truths its riduclous.. Just to try and people to read articles... they tend to put a slant on stories.. Just like the news media..LOL


That web site posted show cancellations of the priest ect.. and they were not true... Such as the winnipeg show last summer..
