I think the summer is over here. Have rained all the time again n again since friday n the temperatures have goin' down to +15c/+59f !!

I get two weeks paid vacation a year but no paid sick days, so that means half your vacation days are going to be used for being sick or other things that just come up! Kinda sucks! I acutally do get some form of sick pay but it's not worth mentioning. If I'm off sick, for more than three days, and have a Dr.s excuse, then I started getting paid a half a day's pay per day past day three! That is the dumbest crap I have ever heard of! And their philosophy behind this policy is even dumber!
