I only suggest the iPod Classic because of the GB's. You mentioned 4 GB's. My classic has 160 GB's. I definitely
would not reccomend it to runners/joggers because it is a little bulky and heavy. The wife and I walk and it's not too bad to carry
it with me. The number one reason I bought the Classic was for my vehicle. I bought a stereo with a USB port on the front just to have
an iPod in the car. Yes CD's sound better but the iPod is just so damn convenient. I'd rather carry the iPod to the car than have to
constantly change up the cd's in it. I also worry about theft and I keep my iPod with me and never leave it in the car. I can't do that with
a bunch of discs. Just because I'm clueless, other than too bulky, what do you not like about the classic? Is there something better out
there that can hold this much music? I have 11,000 songs on this and room for at least 6 or 7 thousand more.(maybe more than that)

Sorry to hear that, Bud. I have a couple of programs that would have helped a ton there. Change the firmware so you can read and write to the iPod is one of many solutions. Doing so can check the song data sum against an international database.

As for getting a classic iPod? Nope. I don't agree. The iPod Mini is a bargain and swapping out the battery takes minutes. Sound is identical to the classic iPod (I assume you mean the big 4GB). The TRUE sleeper was the iPod Shuffle. It was made for runners or anyone else into physical activities. That is why they brought them back from the great beyond. Clip and run. Of course it takes some trickery to get it to follow playlists and such but, look online, it came back for a reason.

I still prefer the mini. Has a screen, can do playlists on the fly, sound is better than the Shuffle and has all the goodies like car hookup / wireless / contact list / EQ.

My two cents on old hardware. Beats the hell out of the new, though, and I fix iPhones, iTouch+ all the time. Try running with an iTouch! LOL!

I (finally) finished importing all of my cd's to iTunes. That may not sound like a difficult task but I've had hundreds
of disks that when popped into iTunes came up unknown artist and no track titles. I had to type (peck) the song title,
artist, album title, genre, and sometimes year for thousands of songs. I've been doing this for about a month.
Over a thousand cd's and 11,000 songs and I still have over 60 gigs for any new music. Anyone that doesn't already have
an iPod, buy the classic. This thing has to hold about 20,000 songs or more. It's not as cool as the touch as far as features
go but if all you care about is the music this is the way to go. Peace!

The US defence was very solid, Todd Clever (captain) has a massive tackle on him! Ireland used the rolling maul a lot, which from a defenders point of view is hard to stop legally. The US should put in an excellent showing against Russia on the 15th!

I think I did see a rugby match last fall on BBC. I think I understood it better this time round.
Shame the Eagles lost, but considering they are ranked 14 compared to 4 for Ireland, they played defense pretty solid. Too bad they had little to no offense.

Awww, the US lost. But wow did they play fiercely.

Hehe, you're seeing scrums and lineouts and mauls and rucks I watched this game live last night.

Yup! It's almost looks like American football, except with less gear and more of what looks like side matches and mini human pyramids, walls and piles. Really cool!

Exactly, I'll have to go figure out how it's played. That ball does look like a football though, so maybe I can puzzle it out. lol

Yeh I know. The U.S. is very ego centric in the selection of sports they show here. That is why the Baseball World Series only includes Canada and the U.S. how is that a World series? A few other countries play baseball, why are they not in the mix?
Ya, we suck when it comes to sports coverage.  If you don't have a statalite and pay extra for a few international sports chanels you'll never see much.

I wouldn't be surprised either Spa, sorry but US sports channels suck! lol. I've seen hotdog eating on ESPN before, wtf? lol.
Jimmy - yeah Tonga put on some pressure, I was a little surprised with the scrum though in that we'd screw it, but the penalty would go against us. That 'scrum off' towards the end got annoying lol. Ah well I'd rather have a bit of a half pie game early than at the knock out stages. Graham Henry will definitely be putting the team through some hard work!

3rd watched sport in the world. How much you want to be if I checked all my channels of which there are many, I wont find it broadcast here. It would not surprise me.

Tonga gave us a touch up last night. We could learn a lot from the patience they showed in scoring their try. Been a while since the All Black forwards got pushed around like that.

The Rugby World Cup kicks off here in NZ tonight, the whole country is BUZZING and I am SO excited!
For US people, the US is indeed represented. And the RWC is, as far as I know, the third most watched sporting event/tournament in the world behind the Olympics and the Football World Cup. EXCITED!!! LOL.
[Budred] Thursday, September 08, 2011 5:35:29 AM
I'm starting to get excited about the next month or so.
Uproar Festival on the 16th of this month.

Avenged Sevenfold
Three Days Grace
Seether
Bullet For My Valentine
Escape The Fate
Sevendust....and others

Got Dressed To Kill (Kiss tribute) doing a show at a local sternwheel festival at a little
outtdoor amphitheatre by the river on the 17th. It's free so why not.

Two Mushroomhead shows in October and maybe Calvalera Conspiracy/Otep in October also.

I can't wait.
