Hey, if it proves too difficult, I could always cop out and do the very common "stick a broken mirror" all over it. Two colored ones for eyes. Got it covered. Funny, as my mother has a planter in the form of a huge duck on her porch (came from Mexico, of course) for the longest time. Ok, sorry to say that the party must end. Did a five mile run with hills today and, while all hot and sweaty, decided to run my computer over to the office where I got to doing a bit of prep work for tomorrow. That was hours ago and I think I must smell as Calvin won't come near me.

Yup!! My older nephew (same one for whom I bought the beaded gecko) likes that kind of music. One day I offered to lend him a Metallica album (Kill 'Em All) as I remembered he was a Metallica fan....but he said he didn't like "old-school metal". To each their own, I guess...different strokes for different folks, you know?
Becks wrote:
Yeah the music in the song itself isn't too bad, could do with a slight tidy up, but yeah, the singer is crap! LOL! It's a shame that kids these days seem to think this is what metal is all about - ah well they will find out one day LOL!
Vaillant 3.0 wrote:
That's really a shame, too. Sounds like that song has great potential...if only the singer could just actually sing the lyrics and not growl them.
Becks wrote:
Awww that sucks! I'm always up for giving people Priest tunes to check out, especially those who seem to think heavy metal is this sort of shit:
I can't stand bands where all the singer does is scream and growl, it just goes to show they can't actually sing. Plus proper, original metal, is just so much better! LOL!
Vaillant 3.0 wrote:
Rock Forever is a great song!!! A few weeks ago I lent a co-worker of mine my SFV album, and he liked it!! His favorite song was You've Got Another Thing Comin'. It's a brilliant album, got a bit of a funky vibe to it which I think works well a friend asked me for Priest song recommendations, I told her to listen to Rock Forever and she was like woah he's got a set of pipes! about Rob, and I was like hell yes! Rock Forever is a great song for displaying Robs vocal ability.

Actually, I don't think they're that hard to make. I bought one for my older nephew (a cool gecko one) when my mom and I went to Puerto Vallarta two years ago. Looks like all you need to do is design the pattern, set tiny beads onto a clay sculpture, and voila! Instant seller!!

That looks like far more work than cutting the husks of coconuts and making bikinis! Too much detail for Guid! LOL

Oohhh...like woodwork?
I have another idea!! Why not make animals out of beads?Babies like these are getting pretty popular in those touristy beaches!!
guidogodoy wrote:
No, no. I am thinking more along the lines of whittling the coconut down into something. Them suckers are heavy, you know.
spapad wrote:
So your going to change your profession to stringing Coconuts together? Are you going to become a true Parrot head too!?
Oh, Dear! I'm calling a Doctor! LOL
guidogodoy wrote:
Oh I MUST get a guitar like that one!!!

See? I told you the party would start! HAAAA!!!
And, no...no free dudes. Not fair as you are jumping my rant (and song).

Because you're not selling yourself?
...and instead of a free chick, can I get a free dude? Heheh...preferably one named Glenn Raymond Tipton?
guidogodoy wrote:
Why it's because I haven't shown up yet! Now the party gets started.
Yawn....actually, pretty beat myself! LOL! Curse this thing called "work." Why can't someone just GIVE me money?
(ok, now someone chime in "and the chicks for free!)

Bye, Beckies!! Have fun with Craig and the doggy!!! Off I go as well...
Yep! LOL! I like a range of metal personally, but Priest is at the top of my list!
Right, Craig will be home any second and we need to walk the dog LOL! Nice chatting with ya Vail, catch you later!

LOL!

Rock Forever is a great song!!! A few weeks ago I lent a co-worker of mine my SFV album, and he liked it!! His favorite song was You've Got Another Thing Comin'. Doesn't look like he'll become a Priest fanatic, though, especially since he just quit. Sucks... (Quoting Message by Becks from Tuesday, September 01, 2009 10:39:26 PM)
