Sorry I took so long...trying to talk to a friend who's been up all night. Things have been looking up...work is strong and steady and no one in the family is in the hospital, so no complaints on my end!!

HAAA! No Chick-Fil-A but I bet you have more than one store!
Well, to answer the question, I just had an EAS AdvantEdge. Not complete protein (34%) or so but lots of carbs and other goodies from...you guessed it...the "store" WallyWorld. Not all that bad tasting. Don't like chocolate so it's French Vanilla for me.
Now if I go pure protein, I just get a big tub of this generic stuff that has like 1000g, you mix with milk and it tastes like grit!

What kind of protein shake? I use Met-RX chocolate flavor. I TRY to pretend that it tastes like a chocolate shake, but....... I tried lots of others but they either SUUUUUCK or don't seem to do anything for me. It's been rainy and cold here, so I just finished 80 min. on the elipticle cranking out the PRIEST!

Things are getting better by the day!! Work is keeping me very busy, not much time to play around here much to my dismay...but I love my work and with todays economy, I really try to take in as many hours as I can. Fall is about to start setting in here, though it's felt like fall most of the summer lol never even got a good sunburn let alone a tan lol Glad to see you're up and about...love your positive outlook!!!!

Yeah, I managed to cheat it the whole winter. Even managed to keep up my cycling regine for most of it but now I'm down and all the good races are starting to happen so I'm being a good girl and resting up lol. Driving me nuts. I hate being still. I also just worked out a new gym routine and did it for one week and then had to stay in bed. However, I'm an incurable optimist and I shall return in full fighting shape any day now.. anytime now would be good for me lol.
