Watched Red Dawn ( 1984 ) the other day. It's about a bunch of high school kids who hide out in the hills and wage guerilla warfare on the Cubans ( i think ) who have invaded the US and taken over. Stars Patrick Swayze, C Thomas Howell and Charlie Sheen. Classic stuff. Does anyone know what happend to C Thomas Howell? He hasn't been in anything for ages? |

HA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Funny you would mention reunions! She just went to her semi-annual Family reunion! I was (thankfully) spared the torture of going along! I love her family, I really do but I am just NOT the "rich guy" type. They are not like normal people and I do not mean that in a bad way. They just do not think like we do. They are ...different. Idd, and we can choose the language we see it in.
We have can choose , English, Frensh, normal Dutch or Vlamish, we speak a kind of Dutch , but we got other words in Belgium than the use in the Netherlands so it's even more fun for us in our own dialect. |

Ehehehee, In Brues is a great film, with plenty of black humour to throw around. I loved everybody's performances there, especially Raplh Fiennes and Brendan Gleeson as the old school irish mobsters!
Another great film that I saw recently and that is a MUST SEE was Clint Eastwood's Gran Torino. It's two hours of perfection! IT just sucks you into it and when it ends no one's left untouched by that story.
