Well Nostradamus himself didn't see this coming, today at work i nearly took 4 fingers off...got stitches in all of them was in the damn emergeny room almost 3 hours! doctor said he didn't see any nerve or tendon damage, but do you know how hard it is to do the simplest of things with only only a couple fingers, and thumbs...lol..this sucks!!! but i'm on some good meds, and a beer doesn't hurt either..lol..i'm alive and well and expect a full recovery. hope all my fellow Priest fans are doing great! Keep the Faith!

End of a long day. Went to get my daughter today. Drove half way to Charlotte, and the traffic was awful. On the way back it went from awful, to parking lot. Two hours to cover 48 miles on the interstate, really kinda sucks. Thank god I finally got to an exit I knew a back road around the rest of the mess, or it would have been 3 hours to go 48 miles. I recall making pizzas with the kids during my second marriage. Her two youngsters so enjoyed it. In fact, my (former?) daughter from that era told me recently that she remembers that with great fondness! It's funny the things that you remember in life. Well, another Rivalry day has come and gone and we ended up on the "short end" once again. Ten losses in the last eleven years...*ouch* Ah but how I remember the early-mid ninties... I do hope everyone has a GREAT Sunday! Watch a little football and generally relax.

I recall making pizzas with the kids during my second marriage. Her two youngsters so enjoyed it. In fact, my (former?) daughter from that era told me recently that she remembers that with great fondness! It's funny the things that you remember in life. The little things you do together that form a lasting memory.
Well, another Rivalry day has come and gone and we ended up on the "short end" once again. Ten losses in the last eleven years...*ouch* Ah but how I remember the early-mid ninties... I do hope everyone has a GREAT Sunday! Watch a little football and generally relax.

OOOHHH I see how that could appear as an oxymoron of some sorts lol.... we got to the biker church... it's cool there. Very excepting and loads of metalheads!!! I can even go wearing my Priest shirt and the only looks or comments I get is 'cool shirt!' lol or 'have you got the new live album yet?' Total acceptance! lol
It's so cool to hear people with older kids telling about what memories both parties shared. I hope that some of these memories stick in my kids minds. They really are growing up way too fast.. It's sort of hitting me now that my son will be five in two months from now... where did the time vanish to?
Maybe next year will be the magic year for your team DF? Lets hope! Never give up hope!!

I will say this; if you truly want something, you can have it. Even the things that seem so far out of reach. I was where some of you may be today. My life revolved around drinking. I worked. I paid my bills. I drank...and drank, and drank. When I finally gave it up, much of my life changed. Cannot say with certainty that it was due to sobriety but I can say that it happened.
To those of you that are drinkers I say, enjoy. Nothing wrong with the occasional drink. To those of you that may be suffering as I once suffered I say, there is hope. You can beat it if you really want to. Feel free to PM me. I am always up for a chat about this subject. Your personal confidence is always safe with me.
