My granny used to add a tablespoon or so to late night tea.....helped ger sleep - i'd recommend a double shot with lemon juice and hot water....works wonders.....then hit bed...lol

NO, IT WAS BUTTER,PROBABLY ABOUT A TEASPOON I GUESS,I REMEMBER TAKING IT INTO HER,SHE HAD ONE OF THOSE 'SOCKS' FOR A GLASS TO PUT AROUND IT TO HELP KEEP IT WARM.

Had trouble with my neighbor... he decide to renovate at 2 o'clock in the morning.. (he always does things to annoy people) ,i live in a duplex..so..you can hear easily... had to call the police once again..had to wait...so i'm a zombie today...
