Well, I have had a few hours sleep, now that it is midnight I thought I'd post some pictures here for Independance Day. Us ladies had a fantastic time in Milwaukee. Before the guys went on stage we had already had a blast. The crew that were there was: Halford's Doll, Mara, Mara's sis, Healer, Janet (Healer's great friend) Paperflowers and myself. We even bumped into Metal Rebekah The guys were fantastic. Nothing was different in the setlist. We got to the venue early as it was festival seating. It was completely worth doing that as we had front row center. We had some very awesome guys surrounding us keeping our space from being invaded. Quite a few young fans was great to see. Healer even gave the pick she got from Ian HIll to a nice kid sitting behind us (it was his birthday). Edited at: Saturday, July 04, 2009 12:25:57 AM Edited at: Saturday, July 04, 2009 12:29:43 AM

It was amazing contacting with Jeanine, Mara, HalfordsDoll, Healer, Paperflowers, and the others tagging along at Summerfest. :) I was thoroughly stoked!
The show was great, as we all know. Victim of Changes was THE BEST of the set by far, it was just so powerful. KK's solo was very passionate. Rob did a little growl on the line "pluck me", which I thought added extra strength to the song. :)
It was also very interesting how they opened with Rapid Fire. Instead of having that grand entrance they do, they just dropped a curtain when the first line started and there's the entire band rockin. :)
Awesome pics, by the way, Jeanine! Glenn was looking right at you on one! ;) Edited at: Saturday, July 04, 2009 3:07:10 AM

True, damn cancelled shows! LOL! Heaps of bands skip us (i.e. Trivium, soon Queensryche as well) but go to Australia cos it's logistically and financially difficult to get here as well, although we're just a 3 hour flight from Oz. KK answered my question on the steel mill saying hopefully they will still get here so to hold on for them, LOL! Or words to that effect. On a sad note...Whiskey Woman and her husband won't be able to make it to the Milwaukee show as they are stuck in Canada
The Sinful Ladies know this already, but she said it was OK to make a public post as she won't be able to get on the Board for a bit, but they will be making it to the Ontario show and are really excited about that!!!!
I want to say that I really feel bad for what happend to you guys as I was really looking forward to hanging out with ya'll when you came my way...but this is just a temporary misfortune and we will get our chance at some point soon!!!!!

Hope it comes out well. Let us know!
I'm liking this shot, especially since it shows just how brand-spankin' new the SG is!!

That is a great shot...Rob taking in the roar and the energy of the crowd. Gotta love the pyramid stud-outlined stage as well...(Quoting Message by guidogodoy from Tuesday, June 30, 2009 10:36:59 PM)
