Yes the same Devore CA on HVy Metal Day back in May 83. It was sooooo hot (according to reports in CA).I heard the best bands of that day were: Triumph & Scorpions. Gnite Ladies!. MSyrup

Yeah, well I had to eat rock and wood and and and walk five miles to school, in the Detroit snow, uphill. Both ways! McDonalds. I would have KILLED for a McDonalds.

Oh crap! Here I am about to drive some 11+ hours to see them in Dallas and am even considering using my free tix to go 11+ hours to see them in Penn the week before!

Did that Festival really take place in Devore?? That's so cool!!! Too bad I wasn't born 20 years ago... I would've gone there.  Oh, well...but at least I can still go to Devore Aug. 30th to take in some Judas Priest Heavy Metal action.
