HAH - we been issued a challenge - indian place in Southend reckons they do the world's hottest curry - if u eat it is all free plus u get certificate and t-shirt - me and the wife eat Naga Jolokia peppers raw...they have no hope...i gotta visit...

The one that i used comes from Gaspesie (beautiful place to visit..where my g/mother was born and got family there..) in a little town called Matane..

You can have three sizesof shrimps , meaty and delicious...

we get all kinds.  of course here they are shiped in.  saw some at the store yesterday that were huge.  looked like lobster tails.  size 3 (3to a pound).  didnt buy them though/
need some shrimp,  should have done that for lunch.
