For breakfast I had 1 cup of yogurt and 1 hard boiled egg plain, then went and lifted weights for 1 hour..lol
For lunch I had a organic PBJ, sandwich... no chips!!!!!! LOL |

Ah, hate the Big Mac?! Oh no! When I want mainline fat straight into my bloodstream that's my go to! I love Big Mac's every now and then!
