Sting in the Tail-Scorpions
The Last in Line-Dio (RIP)
Just saw something at the record store today that pissed me off. I was looking at the Judas Priest CDs that were on sale, and one of the used Painkiller CDs being sold had a big black marker scribble on the plastic case, covering the metal monster. It was an original release, too. Why anyone would want to cover up the Painkiller then sell it to the record store is beyond me. |

The whole thing cracks me up actually. In fairness he does sound pretty good in some of it. And he has soldiered on for the last 30 years flying the metal flag. Be nice if Iron Maiden would invite him up on stage once in a while, he was a huge part of their history. It would have been ace if they'd brought him along on the Somewhere Back In Time Tour, he could have done two or three songs to give Bruce a break.
