The Browns dont need a complete rebuilding .

They showed a lot of improvement this year, even if their record does'nt show it
they just need to add some depth to the roster injuries on defense hurt them the 2nd half of the season

Suarez is an asshole... That "hand of prick" was cheating, and they should definately tighten the rules in those situations. If the only way to stop a goal is by breaking rules - call it a goal. AND a red card AND a penalty.
