ANYONE HERE HAVE ANY SECRET REMEDIES TO HELP ONE FALL ASLEEP,I DO HAVE SLEEPING PILLS,BUT I REALLY DON'T CARE TO USE THEM UNLESS I HAVE TO, SINCE IF I DON'T GET A SOLID 7 OR 8 HOURS SHUT EYE I'M LEFT FEELING PRETTY FOGGY FOR A FEW HOURS AFTER WAKING UP....ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.  |

The worst part is if you force the cotton end of the Q-tip all the way inside the ear canal on accident. Then it hurts like heck for a good 5 seconds. 
Other than that, it does feel good using one after a shower.

The inventor of the cotton swab is supposed to have been one Leo Gerstenzang, in 1923 [1]. His product, which he named "Baby Gays", went on to become the most widely-sold brand name, "Q-tip".
