Sometimes they do, but usually when I investigate the culprit turns out to be my Daughter's gamming browsing. Get rid of those and eveything is back to normal. So, I'll keep it. Think what you want, it's never let me down.  I have one other program I run to remove malware, but in general. Norton does just fine for my needs.

Tell them to take over your computer and fix it, your tired of waiting. I so hate putting in troubleshoot calls. I'ts OK, if you get someone who ACTUALLY knows what they are talking about.
