| I was in my balcony with my friend. He had a portable CD-player (or whatever it is) and he was listening "The Essential Judas Priest" and i asked if i could listen. Well, then he gave me the headphones and i listened to Painkiller. i fell in love with the band instantly. |

| I heard "Breaking the Law" from British Steel in the fall of 1980. A friend of mine had bought the album and made a cassette tape with some of the songs on it. I could not believe the intensity, the thickness of the sound, the weaving of the guitars and vocals beyond anything I had ever heard before. It seemed to reflect and emcompass the depth of my teenage angst. I was hooked at that time. |
