Finally came back home after doing some job-hunting!!! Despite having to write my info onto sheets of paper several times, Glenn was still in my thoughts. I'm worried about his health of course, but I'm confident he'll be fine...

Oh my god! I have been gone all day and I come on to this aweful news  I hope and pray Glenn will be ok. Appendix can be no big deal if taken care of early. He is lucky it didn't burst or anything. I really hope they can take care of it and he'll be back doing what he loves to do! Love you Glenn and sending prayers for a quick recovery!

Dont worry girls .. If they can take that damm appendix out now he will be fine.. Get the iflamation down first then go in through the belly button and loop it and get it it out of there.... Put him on some anti-biotics.. and he will be just fine...

Jeanine! Its going to be okay.  Actually the appendix operation is really common. People have it all the time, and just think, after he has it, (If he even has to have it) he won't hurt anymore, and everything will be fine. Trust me I am just as worried as you all are, but I know Glenn is going to be just fine. And I am sure he knows we are all thinking of him.

I feel for him. Though I have never had appendicitis, I know several people who have; they usually don't know what is wrong to begin with, just that they are in pain, then the vomiting starts, they think food poisoning and then when the condition does not go away they finally seek help.
Laparoscopic surgery these days. I fail to see how in two days time he can stand on a stage again. His abdominal muscles will be weak. Unless he gets taped up all through the mid section he won't be able to stand that long. Even with tape it will be a mighty feat of sheer will.
He needs at least 4 days post surgery to be able to stand that long.
Poor guy, he is too much of a professional to call off any more shows, unless it can not be helped, but I know he is just pissed about the whole thing.
Good luck to him.
And as Forest Gump would say........thats all I've got to say about that.
