Freewheel Burning...Priest
I always thought be brought the band down, I have no clue as to why they stayed with him...British Steel and SFV was cool, but from Defender's on he was worthless (IMO)...speaking of which, listening to the song named above, it's obvious he couldn't handle this type of music (and in large part why I'm not as big a fan of Defender's as most)... |

Run To The Hills - Iron Maiden.
Yeah, why the hell did priest stay with Dave Holland for so long, some of his drumming sounds almost wrong for the music, those plodding, slow 1 2 3 4 beats, hate to say it but sometimes his drumming just sounds terrible on the albums. If you compare him to someone like Nicko McBrain or Lars Ulrich in the same era he's nothing. |

Hit The Lights...Metallica
Oh man, blew me away...it was so loud...hearing him is what made me start wishing Priest had a drummer like him!!! I figured with those guitarists and Rob's vocals, having a fast, heavy beat would put them over the top...lol, took 'em awhile, but they finally did it...lol |

22 Acacia Avenue - Iron Maiden.
Lars Ulrichs drumming on those first four albums is insane, he was the best drummer in metal back then, just full on from start to finish, used to love his style, really hitting the drums as hard as he could, heaps of arm movement in comparison to a lot of drummers at the time. |
