A couple of morons go to a freaking dinner at the president's house and it is all over the friggin television. Oh WOW!! They walked in!! Necro - I fix this problem all the time. If you plug in that machine and have reset the BIOS back to Default settings (no overclocking), then your problem will be a bad memory stick (got a spike when the power went out - do you have it plugged into a surge protector?), test it by popping out one and another stick to see if it fixes the problem; overheating - BIG culprit that can pop up at any time - take the side off the computer (if it is a tower) and see if air helps; MY thought is still the power supply. You are trying to run too much on a faulty unit. That power outage just put it on its last leg. Happens all the time. Only fix is to swap it with a quality PS. Test is to take out some cards (audio, ethernet, etc) and see if it fixes the problem. I still say underrated PS.
