..and ya know, dude, I was working tonight and I had music on in the background. "Full Metal Jacket" - DirecTV. Cuts in with...screechy clown! LOL! Unmistakable. Didn't need to look up but I did. King Diamond solo (THAT I would have had to look up to find out if it was him alone or with Mercyful Fate which I actually could stand a bit more..which isn't saying much). Song was "Arrival."
As always, instrumental? Not bad....singing! Aaargh! No, I didn't turn it off but I didn't turn it on either! Hey, at least I am consistent.
I'll have to check out your recommendation below. Don't know it.

Scanner Ball Of The Damned I pulled out and
listened to today since I haven't for a while...
German old school heavy metal in the spirit of
Judas Priest,Iron Maiden,Saxon,Iced Earth ect...
This band came out in 1988,even though this
is the only record that is good from this band
the album is very worthy and the material is
quality heavy metal.
A fun rewarding listen...
also with a superb cover of Queen's Innuendo
for the last track,fabulous.
