GOOD AFTERNOON. HOPE EVERYONE IS DOING WELL. HAVEN'T BEEN NEAR A COMPUTER MUCH IN THE PAST WEEK. HAD THE WEEK OFF FROM WORK AND SPENT MOST OF THE TIME OUTDOORS. SOMETIMES IN THE RAIN. BUT A WEEK AWAY FROM WORK WAS REFRESHING.
I LIKE THE TRACK LISTING FOR THE NEW LIVE ALBUM. JUST WISH THEY HAD PUT ANGEL ON IT. REALLY ENJOYED THAT SONG LIVE.
6 WEEKS UNTL THE SHOW.

Good Afternoon Board!
And a very good weekend its been- GO THE BRITISH CANOE SLALOM TEAM!!!!! for winning both the male and female K1 team events in the European championships yesterday- not to mention bronze and silver in C2 events. Not such good results today, never mind. (I actually forgot it was on until I turned up at the canoe club today wondering where everyone was! - had been meaning to go to Nottingham and watch.) Thank goodness for television though I'm surprised it got shown- surprised and happy. Maybe now people will start noticing that as a nation we have sports other than football and cricket |

Sure, but he's a veteran that can eat up innings...he did get lucky the other day as he left a lot of runners on base, to his credit...with your offense, you don't need him to be stellar, just consistant and eat up innings...look for a deal at the break to help out... I had to go there one night about 2 am because my stupid X-husband had Fixed the clogged drain in the bath but failed to use caulk to seal it. How dumb can you get. So, went to Walmart to get caulk so I could take a shower in the morning and it wouldn't "rain" in my kitchen! They closed the registers while I was in there and I had to wait for a half hour to check out! Got the drain fixed about 4 am. Thank god I worked evening shifts back then. I'd really like to know why they do it.... how their minds work. It's not like you see women dressing in male drag.... well i'm yet to see one. I'm guessing they do exist just not as much as drag queens.... But i would say this guy i saw wasn't a drag queen... he was just a hairy dude dressed as a chick. I do like the idea of a British Steel tour. I am starting to get excited for the Detroit gig I will attend with guido!!! While it has been sometime since I have listened to BS in its entirety, I seem to recall that the songs are very vocally friendly to Rob...especially nowadays. I think that the lack of high notes and sustained upper register will be a great benefit to him in a live show. Should be an awesome show!
For those of you that have tix to the tour this year, PLEASE be sure to post reviews!!!!!!! I am looking forward to the first comments about this tour. It always seems to help me get "in the mood"!!! HA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Wow the site looks nice! A lot seems to have happened since I last posted. The vacation did me a lot of good and now I am back to work. Last sunday the 17th I saw Opeth here in Tucson w/Enslaved. That was absolutely awesome!! I love Opeth and they did not disappoint. Now I am just planning out the summer including to see Priest in Phoenix in August and (possibly) Mayhem Festival in July. Just giving a shout to everyone here to have a good hump day will be on later in the day! |

Oh, good woman! My fav!
All this talk about contacts made me run upstairs to rip these suckers out. Back to glasses. Let's hope these hold out until my new ones are ready. They claimed it would be sometime this week.

HA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I only smile when I'm done and I have no trouble seeing without glasses.
I'll only charge you a box of mac and cheese for each eye. You gotta be ready to tear up, though. Only natural when putting on those pieces of gel.

After about three years' worth of wearing contacts, it only takes me about 30 seconds for me to put them on. This pic shows how I put them on (except I use my middle fingers to stretch out the lids and let my right index finger to put in the contact).
