@zomby..... Yeah Stefan Elmgren guitarist 1998-2008 for Hammerfall,he is an excellent guitarist. Hammerfall only has 1 shitty album (2011) "infected". Thier other 8 studio LPs are just excellent examples of PURE traditional classic styled old school HEAVY METAL in the vien of Judas Priest and 80's Iron Maiden,with a touch of modern era Saxon but with Hammerfall's signature sound and style of course .
What seperates Hammerfall from other classic heavy metal acts like Primal Fear,Blind Guardian,Iced Earth,Grave Digger ect...is that Hammerfall's actual SONGS destroys these other bands songs and albums. Listen to Hammerfall's new lp (R)Evolution.... 12 songs and only 1 track that sucks (track #10 Evil Incarnate) but the other 11 tracks on the album totally kick ass! A must have!
