The stew is called Bonfire Hotpot, and from looking at the ingredients I am reminded a little bit of a steak chili, just not quite a chili (if that makes sense)...A cross between a steak chili and a stew, if you will...perfect for a day like today!!!...by the way...the chicken came out excellent last week...thanks for all the helpful contributions y'all made, they helped!!

I'm glad you realized what you have here, my friend. There are many members that love you dearly. I include myself in that! I was very disheartened when I read that you were leaving, as were so many others. You have true friends here, my man. People that care about you. You cannot just leave us!
