I have a pretty good background...studied a dozen arts and have 3 black belts to boot, last i did was teach at the local youth/adult centre (for free) - teaching women and kids basic self defence...my main art is Kyokoshinkai...old style - NOT the kick boxing u may page up...then Yuishinkai (more weapon based).. if it wasnae for me back i'd still practice... |
