"Good morning" Ron. Everything's fine here. I prefer Salami and the cheese is a "Maasdamer" from the Netherlands. I like the salsa sauce and the tomatoes. Ohps..... I have forgotten the onions.

Thanks Necro...I'll be trying out one of the recipes this weekend and I'm really looking forward to it. Living in the Chicago area, I have access to an array of grocery stores and deli's, so it shouldn't be too difficult to find anything I might need.
