I was his Chauffer/Personnal Assistant/errand boy...so getting his pictures developed was on my many, many tasks (as well as unpacking his souvineirs)...it was incredible some of the things he would get, and the hundreds of pics, putting them on DVD format for social gatherings and what not, it was almost like going with them!!! Some years back I used to work for an Indian doctor, and when he'd travel with his son, he would always book a 1 or 2 week travel tour to where ever he was going...for less than a couple thousand dollars he would get to see all and everything was covered...something to think about... |

I agree with you Soy, those are all great songs that are underrated. In addition, I think that Savage and Heroes End from Stained Class are deserving to be in that list, as is When The Night Comes Down.
Scorp, Desert Plains is one of my favorite JP songs. I think they need to pull that one out of mothballs also and give it a good playing for the Metal Masses. IT DOESN'T GET MENTIONED MUCH WHEN YOU TALK ABOUT GREAT PRIEST SONGS. I THINK IT IS VERY UNDER RATED. GREAT DRUMS AND A VERY FULL SOUND. GREAT IMAGRY WITH THE LYRICS. "THE ENGINE ROARS BETWEEN MY THIGHS" THE DRUMS DURING "WILD MOUNTAIN THUNDER" LOVE IT!
ANY ONE CARE TO DISCUSS WHAT THEY THINK ARE UNDER RATED PRIEST SONGS.
WE CAN DO IT HERE OR BEGIN A NER THREAD SOME WHERE ELSE. |
