It's was also a bike we had, Koen sold it when I was pregnant from our youngest son. It became to dangerous. It was a killing machine!!
Have some very nice memories about that bike
PS, bike was tuned up to 194 pk moehahahahaha topspeed 315p/h ( Koen tested it him self )

Unfortunately that is NASCAR's way. Always trying to create a level playing field instead of rewarding innovation. The gas crisis in the 70's would have killed it anyway, but it would have been interesting to see what could have been. Not that the tires could have taken much more than the speeds they were reaching with this car but a little R&D from goodyear & a lower profile would have taken care of that quite nicely. right. that one wasnt available here, of course the mitzu version wasnt sold in canada. the turbo was good fun, but 15 years later is probably more trouble than its worth.
