My experience was that thrash was more fun to play than to listen to it. If you like thrash, you will love playing it. I was more of a straight metal guy than thrash, but I loved it when my band practiced thrash songs years ago.

You might be forgiven for wondering why this Noticeboard is more popular than the Band. The boys living in the next door house to us received a drum kit for Christmas. They have, of course spent far too much time listening to my radio through my open window.
They have been thrashing about for a few nghts - fortunately for us they have now returned to school. |

Morbid Angel is great death metal band. I have listened their last album "Illud Divinum Insanus". Amazing!
These musicians make songs and compositions so interesting, well-professional.
Each song have own meaning. In each song should delve.
Slayer, Pantera, Antrax .......... are not magnificant like MORBID ANGEL!!!

I think Slayer, Antrax, Anihilator are music for schoolkids. Yeah it's not easy, not bad. But I chose MORBID ANGEL. It's the standard of very heavy metal (death, industrial)!!!
I think it's very coolest, super exciting.
Like a very big fan of heavy music I respect this band. Edited at: Thursday, September 20, 2012 12:13:02 PM |

I love the sore neck feeling. I saw Slayer back in 'O1 and that was the worst one. Not just my neck, but I had a HUUUUGE migraine to go with it. I'm glad my best friend was driving. And that was the only concert where I felt so overheated that I took my shirt off. (I don't like flashing my itsy bitsy man-boobs in front of metal chicks, they might like it too much, lol....just kidding).

The biggest con you get from thrash would have to be without a doubt "The Sore Neck The Next Day Syndrome" from moshing! Trust me, I saw Anthrax live in 1990 and my neck is still killing me!!!! |

The choruses?
The only con is the biggest thrashers can't keep the speed and the bite they started out with. You have to be poor-er and pissed off for thrash to come out right... |
