I thought that the warm-up for the 2005(?) (or 2008(?)) tour with Testament and Megadeth was pretty damn good.

My friends band from Rochester NY!!  Metal all the way!!

Girlschool if they are still touring or perhaps Airbourne.  Motorhead I fully agree.  Saxon would also be awesome.  How about Riot?

Thin Lizzy was a claas act, but I can't say I cared too much for Black Label Society. BLS sounded like one long LOUD fucking noise.  Not good, way too loud.  I stuck tissue in my ears during BLS and just waited for them to finish.

Nocare who play first or second, but to see 8 metal maniacs playing tohgether, to see Leemy singing 'Breaking the law' and Halford 'Ace od Spade'. Great Great Great!!! It's only a dream ?

On the other hand, I know JP will never do one of those tours, so how about a GOOD opening act? Fuck Whitesnake! How about Vio-Lence? or Grave Digger? or Therion?

Why does JP always have a shitty opening act? I suppose next tour they will have fucking EUROPE open up for them.
[Steve Forrest] Tuesday, October 27, 2009 5:19:48 PM
For real, I don't want an opening act. I want the "An Evening With" tour. I think they can handle it.
[Steve Forrest] Monday, October 26, 2009 3:01:53 PM

I didn't care for Testament---I couldn't understand 1 word they were singing ( well more like yelling )--I didn't care for the music--it all sounded the same to me & when the lead singer talked I swear the only word I could make out was D.C.
I did stay for their whole show-because I hadn't seen them before but it's like you said a lot of people went in search of beer during their set

For the coming show in Denmark, Id love to see Pretty Maids support Judas Priest. It would feel good that a Danish act - and a terrific one at that - could support them in Horsens, since its the home town of Maids ... :o)

Angry Anderson always reminds me of a mini Rob Halford That would be awesome for a Rob look-alike opening for Judas Priest, especially one as good as Angry Anderson   [Show/Hide Quoted Message] (Quoting Message by mickeyd from Sunday, June 01, 2008 4:56:04 PM)
