Hey Nico
Nice to see you over here. Like Jeanine said, it was great meeting you in Vegas and rockin out to Priest in the front row! I was so bummed when they pulled Sinner and Death for the Metal Masters Tour but when I heard it was just Priest in Vegas I knew those songs would be added back into the setlist. What a treat! Sinner was just unbelievable. Death gave us another glimps into what a Nostradamus Tour would give us and just makes me want it more! I've seen your video and shirt collection. Really great stuff not to mention your music! For those of you that haven't checked it out, Nico is an awesome drummer! They play the WHOLE set INCLUDING "Sinner" and "Death". I was screaming my lungs out during Sinner. I was one of the lucky ones that got to hear those songs live. I can die in peace now!! :)
Rob did a great job during Sinner. At the very end, he nailed all the screams "Sinneeeeeeeeeer" "sinneeeeeeeeee" i looked to the people next to me and they were all "dude.... he's nailing it"!! it was beautiful :D
I kind of regret not recording "sinner" or "death" on my camera so i can show you guys but at the moment, i didn't want to spend my time focusing on recording! i just wanted to enjoy that moment as much as i could!
I have a little video of Dissident Aggressor posted on my page though:

Hey Nico! It was great meeting you in Las Vegas. I thought it was great that Glenn signed your shirt at the end of the show. That vintage shirt must have really caught his eye. You can find myself and the rest of us ladies that were there in the Sinfully Delicious thread. Congratulations on being chosen as fan of the month on KK's site. |

Whole set was great. Way too many great stuff not done. (I would have stayed lated) They pulled out some pearls 'Eat Me A live', 'Between the Hammer and The Anval' But Manalishi was the night for me.
JD and Priest !! If that doesn't tighten your nuts, nothing will. |

Exactly! I agree that this setlist was outstanding. Getting Death and Sinner would have been a TON of frosting on the cake but I am not complaining in the least! a greatest hits set, I was happier with this tour than the last one, exept getting to hear "victim of changes" again was awesome in 2005. I saw them in Pittsburgh and I was thrilled to see rob more animated and interactive. It was worth the long trip from Baltimore to see them and before I started off my return to my elementary school gig! Indeed their music teacher is a metalhead and so are alot of my kids' parents!!! In a way I am greatful for games like Guitar Hero and Rock Band for getting them
into it!!!! Ok I didn't expect to blog but there you go Happy Labor Day wekend to all and keep on rockin' |

That was one small dissapointment about the concert on Thursday, NO SINNER!!! I wanted to see if Rob can still sing it, but alas, it didn't happen. They also didn't play Death either which is a little annoying but it was still the best concert of my life. |

I don't know if any of you have really noticed but i've been reserching on other sites and i noticed that Priest are NOT including "SINNER" on the set list for the Metal Masters tour in North America right now. They did play it all the way through during the European tour this year.
This is has really bummed me out because i think "Sinner" was a huge part of this new great set list for this World Tour and i thought i'd finally get to hear it live with my own hears :(
I can see that the reason behind it is that they have to play a shorter set on this tour (15 songs instead of 17 as they did on the European leg) because they're playing with Heaven & Hell, Motorhead & Testament, but couldn't they take off the set "Metal Gods" (since they've been playing that one non-stop since the British Steel tour in 1980) or "Angel" ?????? I mean....... Metal Gods and Angel over SINNER??????
:'(
Guys, please send msgs if you agree so hopefully the band can hear about it and give us the honor of listening to "SINNER" on this American Tour!!! We have been waiting for that song for WAAAAAAAAY to fucking long!!!
