Judas Priest Petition; R&R Hall of Fame

This is a petition I have recently created to try and get Priest inducted in to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. When I think of metal bands that deserve to be inducted I think of Priest and Sabbath. Sabbath was already inducted in '06, so let's try and get Priest inducted. So please sign my petition.

It's a shame they don't have a place ther yet and I hoop they soon get the recognition they deserve !!!!

First off if you held a gun to my head & said "Quick, tell me where the rock&roll hall of fame is 5, 4, 3, 2,1I am toast. It belongs in Memphis where rock was started.

Second, If the  are not in it yet then just how much of a hall of fame is it?

As far as priest not being a "Rock & Roll" band, let me refresh your memory a bit. Who won the first Hard Rock/Heavy Metal Grammy? 

Seems they just can not get anything right to me.

They should just have a heavy metal hall of fame. When you hear the words Rock n Roll you think of Bill Haley and the Comets. Don't know what the hell Lemmys' on about when he says Motorhead are a R N R band, they're metal. Metallica are metal. Why the fuck would anyone like that want to categorized with Fats Domino. Imagine going into a cd store and seeing Metallica in the Rock N Roll section. You'd think "What the Fuck..... Why aren't they in the metal section?"

Gladly signed. Is it just me, or is it just wrong that Metallica gets in before our boys? Would Metallica (or any Metal band, really) be what they are without Priest? I say not!

I once signed a petition a few years back, it had over 20,000 signatures on it.  Unfortunately the RRHOF does not respond to petitions.  At any rate, I went ahead and signed yours, as I am not a defeatist!!!  Power to the Priest!!!
