Yes!!! Agreed!! SFV buries Defenders (IMO). In all honesty, I don't even like the cover of Defenders...too cartoonish (like legos). A lot of ppl think that there's no difference between the two, but I think that SFV was a lot more Metal than Defenders...DOF has more 'weak' songs. Vengeance all the way baby!!!!!!

| hmmm. tough one. Defenders would probably win for me, but "Screaming..." had hellion/electric eye and devils childand riding on the wind and other great songs. Defenders had Rock Hard ride free Freewheel burning, and my personal favorite..The Sentinel. So defenders takes the win here. |

| I agree that we have too many threads. I dont think these albums are twins though. I prefer defenders, and think it has a much darker tone and beter composition. |

I actually don't mind if they want to know what people think about one album or another...but compare them is not the best way...and it gets worse if during this week we have at least one thread like this being created each day...and as someone else mentioned in a different thread-and this goes for any other who would ever consider the option-in the case of creating comparing bands threads, please DO NOT INCLUDE JUDAS PRIEST...this is a Judas Priest site...and comparing priest to any other band is senseless, and somehow "stoopid"

I agree Paor, the threads are comming up way too much lately. Most newbies don't know how to do that, does give one pause. But IC has been round a while but, during the time I have been here I have NEVER seen so many new threads made at one time. Seems very out of the ordinary.
