OK! Sorry everyone, I have no internet at my place anymore, so it'll be a periodical pop-in on here from time to time now...
After watching the BTM 2x now, (and seeing the Metallica one...) I can say it was, good... Could have been better, yes, but it was still good.

At home, we had a TV-top model. Had what you describe (what a remote, eh? CORDED!) while in the dorms. I remember coming back to my room one night and found my drunk roomie had taken to trying to crack that sucker. Had a small welding torch out and everything! If you recall, the thing was plastic.
All I told him was: "Hell if I am going to pay for any of that mess!" Needless to say, it didn't work. Cost him $200.
