not a bad idea .
they should do a multi night run covering every song in their repertiore and record everything  for a multi disc CD/DVD release

Tony Iommi and Rob Halford have both said....The ideal way to end Black Sabbath is to have a show in the UK with Sabbath, JP, and Iron Maiden on one  bill!!! Even if JP stop regualr touring they can do that. In regards to Epitaph I imagine it will last awhile and they will wrap in the UK.

They started in Birmingham so surely they must finish in Birmingham, anywhere else just would not be right!

If they got Maiden on the bill Priest would be opening the show instead of being the headline act.

I think JJ is probly right :-( Priest were always bigger in the US and would get a better send off over there..
I went the last Priest show at The Birmingham NEC and it wasn't a sell out even though they had Megadeth & Testament on the bill.
But....if they could do a metal fest with Ozzy or Sabbath, Maiden and Saxon and maybe Purple with Blackmore it would be a great send off ??

Good idea soccer star,But as jimmyjames says it will be more than likely a Usa show. It would be ashame if they dont play brum last,I am sure they would get a superb send off at home. Come home boys.

I hope. Is what I would like to see. Only one problem!!! To find available tickets. I'm sure that fans from all around Europe would like to attend this concert. Maybe everything can be solved with one week concerts in Birmingham.
Unfortunately what I see is not Europe but USA and I can imagine as last date Long Beach (CA).

One suggestikon. Why not ROME: Caput Mundi

They definately should. However, I think they will do their final show in the U.S

That would be pretty cool. Once they finish that last gig ever, they can head on straight home and never touch a mic or instrument ever again.

...unless, of course, they decide to work on that new super awesome kickass Heavy Metal album.   [Show/Hide Quoted Message] (Quoting Message by black country boy from Wednesday, December 15, 2010 6:05:38 AM)

As a priest fan for over 30 years, and living in the black country area of Birmingham ,England. I wonder how many board members think the priest should play the last ever gig in Birmingham england?
