Then the band name Chinese Democracy is more than adequate 
It's a hard pick between the two. I am more used to Slash's guitar than Buckethead's, who is still a novelty to me. I'm going for Buckethead because of that reason only. Buckethead makes KFC look cool.
It's too easy to get trapped in past glories and miss what the present offers. Look at Axl Rose: He's still stuck in 1989. Just as bad as Ted Nugent who's stuck in 1979.

That's a damn hard question. They're just about my 2 favourite guitarists. Slash is very bluesey, really makes you feel that sleazy side of rock music. But Buckethead is very technical and has some killer solos. The two of them make for really talented guitarists. Personally if I was making a hard rock band now and had to choose between them two, I would go for Buckethead because he can do almost anything. One thing is for cerain, Axl Rose is a fuckin' idiot for losing them both.

| I was wondering if anyone else had an opinion on this, Buckethead over Slash. I have to say slash is a fucking wicked guitar player, but buckethead is way more talented, his solo shit is so fucking insane.if you havent heard it and your a real fan of the electric guitar you have to hear some of his stuff. Amazing! But Slash's time with GNR is classic. I just dont know dammit! |
