So far can't find anything less than $300.00 :( I am lucky if i can afford half of that right now. It is kind of funny though how you go to multiple web sites for tix and they all seem to have the same tix (row, section, seats, etc) available for various prices. It really sucks. I was hoping to get my soon to be 11 yr old to see his first show of one of his newest favorite bands. Damn, i miss the old school days of camping out for tix at your local music store. Atleast you got a ticket(s) and didn't have to sell your first born to do it. I will continue to monitor if anyone comes up with anything cheaper. Again, thanks for the Metal Army's help. Rock on Ya'll!!!

If you go to ticketmaster and request 2 tier tickets, you wont be as close but you could probably bring in 3 tickets for around 200.00 [Show/Hide Quoted Message] (Quoting Message by metalroxx from Wednesday, August 05, 2009 1:51:09 PM) | | metalroxx wrote: | | I appreciate all the help from you metal heads. Hey Metalroxx, have you checked out Ticketmaster.com? They have tickets starting out at $25 and up. There are like 4 different price ranges. Hope this helps you out. Good luck. |

I checked it out and again, 300+ dollars for 3 seats just kills my pocket. Do you happen to know who the promotion company is? Maybe they might have a heart and be able to help. BTW i am not looking for a handout just something reasonable. I appreciate the info and i will just keep searching and praying that i can make this happen for him. Rock on dude!!

Hi, Metalroxx!!
I've heard of a website called StubHub that sells cheap tickets. I think one of the members here used it to buy tickets to a JP concert. Want to give that a try?

First off, i have been a Metal Head since i was 8yrs old. Hell, i am 45 now so you do the math. I have always been a priest fan espcially the early years. Rob has the best voice in metal. I have personally seen them 6 times. Every show was great!!
Now to my plee. After some turbulent times and poor relationships i finally got my stuff together and met a wonderful woman. She also had a, ready to turn, 3 yr old son whom i also connected with. Most men would probably shy away from this. I stepped up. Although our relationship has it's moments we have always been able to connect with music. I bought him a cheap guitar and amp with the hopes he will sit and play with me one day. Trust me, i am no Glenn or K.K. but i enjoy playing.
As my son has started to explore his musical interests, he rummaged through my C/D rack and found my JP albums. He has played each one over and over many times. He knows just about all the stuff. Basically he has become quite a fan and continues to ask me about them in concert. I do what i can to tell him but it is nothing like being there.
I just recently found out that Priest is playing in Tampa,Fl. on 08/16/09. I went looking for tickets and found them to be way out of my pocket. For those who know how hard things are right now. It's either pay your bills or you are out. Looking at other ticket outlets (Brokers....what a joke) the cost was even higher. I have to make a decision of food for my family for 2 weeks or 1 night out of metal music and suffer until i can catch up. I am sure you know the smart decision.
The help i am asking for is if anyone knows how i can get 2 - 4 tickets at a reasonable price for this show. It happens to be my step-sons birthday that night and he has never been to a "live" concert. I thought this would be a great present and surprise for him but, unfortunately the concept got demolished when i went looking for tickets.
If anyone out their can help, forward my message to the band or give me a direction to follow i would be very
grateful.
