For those who haven't heard this, this is Roberto Savegnago from Italy..."Redeemer"
I think is the "best cover" of Victim Of Changes I have ever heard in the 30 years I've been into Judas Priest. God damn this guy's voice is so perfect for a Halford cover,I really think this guy is better than Ripper Owens,Priest should of got this guy instead. Hey Roberto...if your still out there I'm still giving this cover crdit man,it fucking rules....and at the 2:33 mark......god damn!!!!!!

Rob, if you are truly interested in getting some feedback that will help you, I suggest you become a member of Acid Planet. It is a site for musicians where you can post your songs and receive in-depth reviews by fellow artists. You will get the kind of feedback that you can actually use, rather than a lot of "oohs" and ahs". Not that getting this kind of recognition is bad but, if you really want to grow as a musician and see where you stand in the industry, your best bet is to start putting some of your work there and have other talented musicians hear it and comment. Especially your original material, if you have any. It will not always be a "pat on the back" but you will receive honest opinions by people that really know music. I think you are certainly talented and you will get some GREAT guidence over there.
If you are interested, please send me a PM and I will explain further. The site is run by Sony Records and there are many, many very good contacts there from all over the world. You will get a much better feel where you stand, not just vocally but production-wise and composition- wise. The musicians there review more than just your vocal ability. They review your writing, mixing, etc. It is well worth it, man. [Show/Hide Quoted Message](Quoting Message by rob_redeemer_ita from Tuesday, January 05, 2010 6:45:03 AM)

My friend, chances are they have or will hear it. They do hear them, believe it or not. In fact, that hear thousands and thousands of them. It is really nothing new to them. Suffice it to say you are one of many, MANY people that have done a cover or two. It is a wonderful rendition, to be sure. Very well done, indeed.

Hi metallers!!
Who knows if it would be possible for Priest to listen to my cover?
I think it would be a good Christmas gift for them and also I guess they appreciate it!!

Ciao guys and happy new year!!
I've just come back from few "beer days" in Innsbruck and I'm happy to see that topic has collected so much friendly compliments (also on youtube the video collected 146 visualizations!!!).
Dear HOT ROCKIN' METAL GODDESS, thanks a lot for your praises, just today I started to build a website that let you contact me, see some picture and download my CATERPILLAR album. Do you all think that a forum could be needed to excange opinions or is it useless? Maybe structured as a guestbook...
I think HRMG that Ripper has been the perfect solution for Priest band of those years: I guess infact that choosing a voice too similar to Rob's could have sprung too much complainings like "Rob is only one" or "No one can be as Halford" or "This f****ng singer wants to be as halford, but he can't be compared with him" etc
Even if I personally don't like Ripper and also Priest songs of those years, I guess that Priest did with Ripper what Iron did with Blade: different kind of singers respect to previous ones and maybe the far-sightedness to think that the new singer could has sung for the band for just a period and after that period, maybe a reunion could have been done...
Thanks again Diamond and scthree05! I'm proud you to like so much also instruments used in the song.
My drummer and bass player (just a pc software) are thanking you, eheh!
I'm also proud to had my ex guitar player Tapevil for song solos. Diamond, I think that CATERPILLAR TO SOMEWHERE IN WEB is a beautiful idea, but I already done the CD cover ... maybe another good idea would be CATERPILLAR: UNLEASHED IN THE WEB, eheh!!
Dear spapad where are you from? There is a couple problem 'cause I cannot (at the moment) sing Painkiller:
1) I left my old band MenacE in 2003; during all theese years I had many things to do, so I could write just this album (I finished to record it about in 2006)... so I'm not seriously singing for about 4 years and I'd need vocal training before record such frightening song (I'm trying to find out some people that could help me in a Judas Priest cover band project, so I can restore my vocal chords ;P)
2) I'm not able to play that song with guitars (I'm talking about solos) and unfortunately I don't know any guy that's able to play it quite well and to record the tracks to the pc.
If these two problems will be solved, I'll try to record Painkiller for sure!!
