I still wouldn't live in either place. Kat hit it right on the nose when she said there is no amount of cash that would convince her to live in a place where you can get sub-zero temps.

.....Hmmmm,A PORTION OF OUR WONDERFULLY VAST COUNTRY DOES EXTEND FURTHER SOUTH THAN ABOUT A DOZEN STATES,GIVE OR TAKE...AMOUNTS OF CASH???,Hmmm,I'LL TAKE SOME SUB-ZERO WEATHER NOW AND AGAIN OVER OTHER 'DIFFERENCES' ANY DAY.
