The 6V6`s are similiar to the 6L6`s,the way a EL-84 is to a EL-34.

I have'nt heard of a 6V6. I guess the 6L6 is a bigger power tube. The prise is steep. 15watt, 10'speaker
The jensen is probably a good choice there. A cone with more of the high end freq. focus
