I felt ripped off everytime I paid $5.75 for a 12.oz beer at Disney too, but some contracts, it pays to read the fine print. I believe you are right, I mean they should refund the money but if it's in their small print and you missed it they don't care. Just like 90% of the worlds money making machines.
