Hmmm...toughie. I'd say...go to the Dallas gig only.
Why? For one thing, you'll see the Metal Gods alot more closer (practically at their feet!!) than in PA. You get to meet them, AND Guitardude!!! Keep yourself in suspense until the Dallas gig. The more you wait, the more eager you'll be to see the band on the big day. The extra wait will pay off. As previously posted, I have VIP for Dallas on Aug 22. However, I cashed in my free code for the only thing available / fit my timetable. PA. It is a week before and I am still sitting on the fence about it. Do I go to PA (probably alone) or not? Might ruin the novelty for the BIGGIE in Dallas, right? Were it AFTER the meet and greet, I think I'd go. After all, I have the time, gas and would do a surgical strike to avoid a big hotel bill. Drive in, drive as far as I can the following day to get home ASAP.
What do you all think? (ps. I might have a free lawn tix for PA up for grabs if anyone is interested! LOL!)
